1. What is Gengi AI?

Gengi AI (gengiai.com) is a platform that lets you create and send personalized digital gifts — love letters, birthday surprises, proposals, anniversary cards, apology cards, song dedications, and more — via a shareable link on WhatsApp or any messaging app.

Gengi AI is owned and operated by RGANE Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U62013BR2024PTC071322), a company registered in India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gengi AI. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Free & Paid Products

Some gifts on Gengi AI are free (Proposal Card, Birthday Bash, Sorry Card, UPI QR). Others require a one-time payment (AI Love Letter, Anniversary Special, 7 Nights of Songs).

All paid products are digital and delivered instantly. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all taxes.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

Gengi AI does not store your payment information.

5. User Content

You are responsible for the messages, names, and content you enter on Gengi AI. By submitting content, you confirm that:

• The content does not violate any laws
• You are not impersonating another person
• The content is not hateful, abusive, or sexually explicit
• You have the right to use any names or references included

We reserve the right to refuse service for misuse of the platform.

6. AI-Generated Content

Some gifts (like the AI Love Letter) use artificial intelligence to generate personalized content. This content is created based on your inputs and is unique to each generation. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or wording.

AI-generated content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Intellectual Property

All design, code, animations, and branding on Gengi AI belong to Gengi AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our platform or its components without written permission.

The content you create (your personal messages) remains yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gengi AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for a specific transaction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Gengi AI after changes means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
