Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

All products on Gengi AI are digital gifts — love letters, birthday surprises, anniversary cards, song dedications, and more. These are created and delivered instantly upon payment.

Because digital content is consumed at the moment of creation, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been generated and the link has been shared.

2. When You Can Request a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• You were charged but the gift was never generated (technical failure)
• You were charged twice for the same order
• The payment was processed but you never received access to your gift page
• A technical error on our platform prevented you from using the product

3. When Refunds Are Not Applicable

• The gift was successfully generated and the link was created
• You changed your mind after the gift was created
• The recipient did not like the gift
• You entered incorrect information (names, messages, etc.)
• You decided not to send the gift after generating it

4. Cancellation Policy

Since all gifts are generated instantly, cancellations are not possible once the payment is confirmed and the gift has been created. There is no subscription service — every purchase is a one-time transaction.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions above, contact us within 7 days of your purchase with:

• Your Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference
• The email or phone used during payment
• A brief description of the issue

We will review and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

6. Free Products

Several gifts on Gengi AI are completely free — Proposal Cards, Birthday Bash, Sorry Cards, and UPI QR. No payment is required, so no refund applies to these.
