• Names & messages — the text you enter to personalise your gift
• Payment information — processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card/UPI details
• Basic usage data — pages visited, browser type, device type (via standard server logs)
• Photos — only on UPI QR page; processed entirely in your browser, never uploaded to our servers

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate and display your personalised gift
• To process your payment via Razorpay
• To improve the platform and fix bugs
• To send transactional emails if you provide your email

We do not sell your data to anyone. Ever.

3. Gift Data & Links

Gift content (names, messages) is encoded in the URL itself — we do not store it on a database. This means:

• Your gift link is self-contained — only the person with the link can see it
• We cannot retrieve your gift content after you close the page
• Deleting the link permanently removes access to the gift

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Razorpay — payment processing (subject to Razorpay's privacy policy)
• Anthropic Claude API — AI content generation for Love Letters (your inputs are sent to Anthropic's API)
• Google Fonts — typography (Google may log font requests)
• Hostinger — website hosting

5. Cookies

Gengi AI uses minimal cookies — only those necessary for the site to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

Since we don't store personal data in a database, there is no account or profile to delete. If you have concerns about data shared during a payment, please contact Razorpay directly or reach out to us at the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

Gengi AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We'll update the date at the top when we do. Continued use of Gengi AI means you accept the updated policy.
